We aim to train students in fundamentals, including technical skills and experimental setup, with the goal of developing students as rigorous, independent scientists. Our students are critical contributors to our work, and as such are recognized as co-authors on publications. In addition, we work closely with students on their applications for fellowships, graduate/medical school, and scholarships.

We are looking for postdoctoral associates to start after March 2026 in the areas of (1) polymer synthesis or (2) kidney physiology, although all candidates with relevant expertise in bioengineering, biology, and materials science and engineering are invited to apply.
